1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Combine cranberries, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. vinegar, and cook till berries all pop. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and bring to simmer. Spoon over hot sliced pork tenderloin or pork chops.
Notes: Drizzle over pork tenderloin slices or pork chops, or use as dressing on mixed green salad.
